•Conduct research into sources of supplies and services; develop criteria for preliminary selection of bidders.
•Develop resource files to support bidder identification and pre-qualification.
•Analyze and improve the form and content of bid invitations and specifications to enhance bid/proposal quality and responsiveness.
•Ensure procurement work conforms to applicable laws and regulations and may include SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 115,000 annually

•Thorough knowledge of modern procurement policies, procedures, and practices.
•Thorough knowledge of sources of supplies/services, pricing, and market conditions and trends.
•Ability to evaluate and develop improvements in procurement practices, procedures, and administrative arrangements for staffing.
•Considerable ability in written and oral expression.
•Graduation from a four-year college with coursework in business administration, finance, or related field, plus technical experience in large-scale procurement of AEC services.
