Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct organizational development analysis to support As-is/To-be models and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.
  • •Perform gap and trend analysis and define operational objectives, use cases, and workflow diagrams to translate business needs into actionable plans.
  • •Support project and portfolio management best practices, including business process analysis and re-engineering methodologies.
  • •Automate workflows, manage data, and produce reporting using Enterprise Service Management tools such as ServiceNow ITSM and ITBM, plus MS tools.
  • •Facilitate working group sessions and provide meeting support (agendas, briefings, minutes, action tracking) while preparing written and verbal materials for senior government officials.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15 years of SME experience across portfolio management, capital planning, change management, program management, organizational development, strategic planning, enterprise architecture, business analysis, and performance management.
  • •Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-BPA) credential.
  • •Active Secret security clearance.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer/Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline (preferred).
  • •Provide governance, strategic planning, risk assessment, and performance measurement support, including audit/data-call responses and metrics/briefings.
