Job Summary

Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical machinery, equipment, and fixtures to keep operations running with minimal downtime. Respond to LV–MV motor and power system breakdowns, perform planned and preventive/predictive maintenance, and diagnose electrical failures with little to no direction. Use SAP to order spare parts and record maintenance work, ensure all work follows safety procedures, and contribute to EHS and plant performance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Attend to electrical equipment breakdowns (e.g., LV–MV motors, switchboards, MCCs, plant lighting, transformers, UPS, VFDs, breakers, soft starters).
•Carry out planned/preventive/predictive maintenance with minimal supervision and direction.
•Identify abnormalities, repair or replace components, re-assemble and test equipment, and keep the work area clean.
•Diagnose electrical breakdowns/failures and troubleshoot plant and equipment issues with minimum or no direction.
•Use SAP to order spare parts from the warehouse and maintain records of completed maintenance work, while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and operational requirements.

Key Requirements

•Diploma in a relevant field.
•Completion of PEC Craft Training.
•3+ years of relevant experience in a heavy industry after completing the diploma.
•Experience in installation and troubleshooting of electrical equipment.
•Able to read and understand engineering drawings, manuals, and instructions.
