Autoclave Operator – C1006

Operate and maintain autoclave systems to cure composite layups and assemblies to engineering and Boeing specifications. Receive and sequence work orders, set up vacuum and thermocouple connections, initiate and monitor nitrogen pressurization and temperature/pressure cure cycles, and troubleshoot vacuum and system alarms. Maintain equipment and safety certifications, document load data in manufacturing systems, and coordinate with quality, engineering, maintenance, and suppliers to support compliant, high-quality production.
