Job Summary

Develop and lay out electronic circuit boards across power, RF and digital domains at Thales Toulouse. You will perform board placement and routing from schematics, prepare PCB definition packages, participate in early design reviews and thermal sizing, define test tooling, and provide production support while collaborating with product teams, mechanics, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop electronic cards from schematics (placement/routage) in collaboration with product lines, mechanics, and production methods.
•Realize the definition dossiers for printed circuit boards and assembled boards.
•Participate in preliminary equipment studies and thermal sizing of boards.
•Define associated test tooling.
•Support production and manage revisions; interface with external partners.

Key Requirements

•Experience in placement and routing of electronic boards using Mentor – Xpedition.
•Significant PCB routing experience for space applications, following ECSS standards.
•Proficient in routing power, RF, and digital boards.
•Experience with PCBs involving copper features, cavities, buried components, and flex-rigid designs.
•Ability to collaborate with product lines, mechanical design, and production teams.
