Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement structured program plans with detailed task lists, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • •Identify program dependencies and work with relevant teams to manage and resolve them effectively.
  • •Conduct regular program meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and facilitate decision-making across functional lines.
  • •Maintain comprehensive program documentation and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in service operations, ideally managing concurrent projects.
