Build and optimize Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code and automate with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, while mentoring Level 2 engineers and leading operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L3 managed services by proactively identifying and resolving complex cross-technology incidents and problems to maintain zero missed SLA conditions.
•Design, deploy, configure, and maintain hybrid infrastructure platforms spanning Microsoft Azure, VMware virtualization, enterprise storage, backup, and networking technologies.
•Build and optimize Azure environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates) and automate operations with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
•Administer and support VMware vSphere/vCenter/ESXi/vSAN and storage platforms (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage), including Fibre Channel SAN zoning and SAN switch administration.
•Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, strengthen governance/security controls (Azure Policy, RBAC, Defender for Cloud), and mentor Level 2 engineers across domains.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of infrastructure engineering experience in a large enterprise or managed services environment.
•Strong experience supporting hybrid environments across Microsoft Azure, VMware, enterprise storage, backup, and networking technologies.
•Demonstrated ability to deploy and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
•Experience with Azure cloud architecture, migrations, governance, monitoring, and operational management.
•Experience administering VMware virtualization and enterprise storage environments, plus Fibre Channel SAN/storage networking knowledge and ITIL-based operational processes.
