Flight Test Dispatcher I

Coordinate flight test planning and scheduling for A320 and A220 programs in the Mobile facility, working with Flight Engineers, Ground Test Engineers, pilots, MAP, Flightline, Quality, and Delivery Center teams. Manage schedules in TimeBox, handle resource and crew planning, ensure timely information flow, oversee equipment security/ordering, run team meetings, and produce technical/KPI reports for upper management while supporting continuous improvement.
