Key Responsibilities

  • •Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the EquipmentShare rental process.
  • •Expand and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and service support.
  • •Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and other communications.
  • •Use proprietary T3 technology to keep up-to-date information on equipment and ensure correct rentals at the right time.
  • •Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience.
