Key Responsibilities

  • ā€¢Hire, coach, and develop Applied AI Architects, setting expectations for technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • ā€¢Define and refine the operating model for Applied AI Architecture across Europe, aligning company priorities with strategic customer needs.
  • ā€¢Partner with Sales leadership and Account Directors to prioritize accounts, allocate technical resources, and establish clear technical strategies.
  • ā€¢Own technical account plans and guide complex customer journeys from executive vision through use-case qualification, solution evaluation, enterprise governance, and production value.
  • ā€¢Mobilize internal and partner specialists to remove blockers, assess portfolio health, and translate field learnings into reusable architecture guidance and feedback to product and engineering.

Key Requirements

  • ā€¢Deep technical acumen in modern AI systems and agentic applications, including software/cloud architecture, APIs, data integration, identity, security, privacy, evaluation, and deployment.
  • ā€¢10+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical consulting with large enterprises.
  • ā€¢4+ years of people-management experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing customer-facing technical teams.
  • ā€¢Experience guiding enterprise organizations from technical discovery and evaluation through production adoption, healthy usage, and measurable business impact.
  • ā€¢Executive communication and presentation skills to build credibility with CTOs, CIOs, CISOs, boards, and hands-on engineers.
