Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate platform demand forecasts into hardware requirements and lead supply-demand matching end-to-end with Data Center, Hardware Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
  • •Build and refine capacity models that provide infrastructure availability confidence months ahead.
  • •Oversee hardware lifecycle from procurement through installation and software provisioning, ensuring new capacity comes online reliably and on schedule.
  • •Lead DCIM and data center automation software engineering efforts, including rack delivery/decommissioning and capacity planning tooling.
  • •Oversee FinOps: optimize cloud spend and on-prem vs. cloud allocation decisions, and partner with Finance to ensure infrastructure spend is visible, justified, and optimized.

Salary: USD 399,420 - 457,970 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in infrastructure, data center operations, or related fields, including 3+ years in a director-level or senior leadership role.
  • •Deep expertise in capacity planning and supply-demand analysis for large-scale infrastructure environments.
  • •Hands-on familiarity with DCIM systems and data center automation (lower in the stack than platform software).
  • •Experience working across supply chain systems, hardware procurement, and deployment execution.
