Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the ongoing technical relationship for named enterprise/strategic accounts, partnering closely with Customer Success and broader account teams.
  • •Drive value, retention, and adoption of Braze through the customer lifecycle by proactively leading technical initiatives aligned to customer goals.
  • •Help customers successfully instrument Braze across their stack and refine instrumentation over time to support renewals and upsells.
  • •Facilitate discovery and recommend solutions based on customers’ desired use cases and architecture.
  • •Provide enablement and governance by delivering education to customer teams, creating technical documentation and architectural diagrams, and translating requirements to Braze’s Product team.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of client-facing experience as a TAM or in a related technical area (implementation, technical support, or solutions architecture) for Enterprise/Strategic accounts.
  • •3+ years of technical experience managing complex customer environments with strong product command and technical knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • •Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and operate effectively under time pressure in a fast-paced, complex environment.
