Job Summary

Support the development, testing, and commercialization of packaging solutions across multiple manufacturing operations. Report to the Packaging Manager and help manage packaging projects from concept through commercialization, including validation and implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and Research & Development to resolve technical issues, run plant/pilot/lab trials, document results, and contribute to packaging specifications, cost savings initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.
