•Lead and participate in Flow initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency while maintaining excellent guest service.
•Engage with customers to ensure an engaging, friendly, and easy-to-shop environment and build authentic relationships.
•Maintain knowledge of all facets of the ALO business (Retail, Yoga, Café) and educate guests accordingly.
•Ensure coverage of the sales floor and support back-of-house tasks to keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with company policies.
