Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in driving store sales by meeting or exceeding goals and upholding the ALO experience and brand standards.
  • •Lead and participate in Flow initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency while maintaining excellent guest service.
  • •Engage with customers to ensure an engaging, friendly, and easy-to-shop environment and build authentic relationships.
  • •Maintain knowledge of all facets of the ALO business (Retail, Yoga, Café) and educate guests accordingly.
  • •Ensure coverage of the sales floor and support back-of-house tasks to keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with company policies.
