Job Summary

Drive growth of the TrustScan portfolio through cross-sell and upsell across new and existing Razorpay merchants. Collaborate with enterprise, mid-market, and SME teams to enable TrustScan adoption, partner with product on partner-specific solutions, and build GTM and business strategy. Define and track performance metrics, manage the sales funnel, identify new opportunity areas, and provide data-driven insights to improve sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow the overall TrustScan portfolio and drive cross-sell/upsell across new and existing Razorpay merchants.
•Collaborate with Enterprise, Mid market, and SME teams to enable TrustScan on merchants’ existing and new portfolios.
•Partner with product to identify suitable product solutions for partners while leveraging internal capabilities.
•Build TrustScan business strategy and GTM strategy, including sales funnel management and penetration strategies.
•Define and analyze performance metrics, align cross-functionally, and gather inputs to enhance the TrustScan pipeline; provide data-driven insights to improve sales processes.

Key Requirements

•4+ years’ experience in a product/tech-based organization with B2B and banking focus; Data Science and Analytics understanding is a plus.
•Strong ability to solve unstructured business problems in an objective way in a fast-paced environment.
•Technical aptitude and ability to learn tech software.
•Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and cross-functional teams.
•Strong hunting skills with understanding of the digital payments ecosystem and proactive identification of enterprise opportunity areas.
