Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and unit test AI-enabled features for Partner Incentives and Metrics.
  • •Deliver end-to-end AI solution work using Cisco Preferred LLM, Cisco LLM, and SDLC Agents with Copilot for Code.
  • •Investigate and resolve bugs, performance issues, data discrepancies, and security concerns using AI to reduce lifecycle impact.
  • •Define best practices and development scope using AI-driven processes.
  • •Maintain and improve production AI solutions, collaborating with BSA and Product Owner through Solution and Execution phases of the Ops Mode.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree with 3+ years professional experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years professional experience in Computer Science, AI/ML Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Proven understanding of GenAI capabilities and N-tier architectural concepts, including Harness Engineering and code-design-test-deploy influence.
  • •Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with Snowflake and full-stack development knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • •Knowledge of Agile development and hands-on experience building distributed backend systems with Snowflake.
