Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide high-quality, personalized, customer-driven service as first point of contact.
  • •Resolve customer queries at first contact where possible and keep up to date on training and internal communications.
  • •Supervise CSC and Call Center services to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • •Manage vault operations and handle currency transaction reporting (CTR), including tracking deposits and withdrawals.
  • •Review customer information and transactions, follow up on complaints, and escalate doubtful cases to prevent AML/sanctions issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in a banking institution, preferably HSBC WPB.
  • •Strong communication skills to understand customer demands and determine next steps to satisfy them.
  • •Basic knowledge of transaction types, including deposits, funds transactions, and loans.
  • •Ability to take ownership and follow through on research, customer follow-up, or escalation to the right department.
  • •Proficiency using document programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
