Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build internal partnerships.

Key Requirements
