Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and update manufacturing orders, load production plans into machine software, and resolve exception messages as directed.
  • •Receive and process material kitting orders and raw materials to support production schedules and inventory accuracy.
  • •Perform inventory transactions and material movements while accurately locating materials in storage locations.
  • •Conduct quality checks to help ensure products and materials meet Eaton’s quality standards throughout production.
  • •Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, pallet-wrapping equipment) and maintain 5S standards while complying with safety and industrial hygiene requirements.
Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year of forklift experience (sit-down/standup).
  • •Minimum 18 months of manufacturing, distribution, or military experience.
  • •Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • •No relocation benefit; candidates must be within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX (Active-Duty Military exempt).
  • •Be legally authorized and able to travel to Eaton’s Juarez, Mexico facility as required (up to 10%).
