Float Personal Banker 1- 44th and Thomas

Provide day-to-day customer care for daily banking transactions by answering questions, resolving issues, and referring customers to the right business partners for products and services. You’ll maintain confidentiality, follow policies to support risk accountability, and support efficient office operations with the platform team. This role also focuses on meeting sales referral goals through active customer conversations, tracking, and review of referral tools and dashboards, with travel to area financial centers.
