Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead individual building surveying commissions covering project management and contract administration.
  • •Develop business with existing clients and build confidence to win new work by preparing fee bids.
  • •Establish client briefs, appropriate fees, and cost control through completion, including financial, commercial, and risk management.
  • •Manage key account client relationships and oversee others in the production of drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • •Conduct construction monitoring and quarterly snagging assessments, and comply with QSE procedures.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Chartered Building Surveyor (RICS or MIOB) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience (or equivalent).
  • •Extensive experience across core Building Surveying, including condition surveys, feasibility reports, and design/contract administration & project management.
  • •Experience building relationships with fellow professionals and clients.
  • •Strong JCT contract administration capability.
  • •Ability to mentor team members and demonstrate excellent client and team interpersonal skills.
