Key Responsibilities

  • •Program-manage an internal site audit team, including training and coaching on audit expectations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • •Develop and maintain an internal audit schedule, identify nonconformance and process gaps, and support readiness for external audits.
  • •Partner with Foundry APTM Quality and Reliability teams to share learnings, implement best known methods, and define VF standards.
  • •Help lead quality system certifications for new technologies (e.g., excursion protection systems and queue time loop management systems).
  • •Facilitate factory quality meetings and drive hard fixes for repeat quality issues impacting the factory and downstream customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience (or Master’s with 2+ years, or PhD).
  • •Experience in quality management tools including audits, 8D, FMEA, SPC, change control, and quality control standards (2+ years).
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor processing techniques and Fab operations.
  • •Advanced packaging process and system knowledge.
  • •Ability to extrapolate and analyze data to guide factory-wide quality improvement programs.
