Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Cognitive Psychology, or other Human Engineering related field.
  • •3+ years of work experience in Human Engineering or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  • •Understanding of Human System Integration (HSI) in the defense acquisition process.
  • •Ability to derive Human Engineering requirements and evaluate designs against Human Readiness Levels (HRLs).
  • •Experience supporting defense programs and providing HE program documentation in US Military Data Item Description formats.
