Job Summary

Own the full-cycle recruiting process for legal, regulatory, compliance, and federal proposal/capture talent as part of a small, high-impact recruiting team. Conduct structured interviews and competency assessments, build pipelines through targeted outreach and professional networks, and partner closely with Legal and Business Affairs leadership to define roles and craft value propositions. Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance while tracking progress in an ATS.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth interviews and competency assessments for legal and related candidates (legal counsel, contracts managers, trade compliance, legal operations, federal proposal/capture analysts).
•Target and engage passive legal talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and specialized legal networks and events.
•Partner with Legal leadership (General Counsel) to understand team needs, define requirements, and craft value propositions for legal talent.
•Build a diverse talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience from outreach through offer acceptance.
•Represent Anduril’s brand and recruiting team internally and externally, articulating its business model, scale, and financial impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60 - 75

Key Requirements

•5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on legal and regulatory roles, including trade compliance (ITAR/EAR) and government/defense contract management.
•Experience conducting competency assessments and evaluating legal capabilities against technical and cultural requirements (e.g., contract drafting, regulatory risk mitigation, IP).
•Manage strategic stakeholder relationships, particularly with general counsel and proposal/capture teams, and report pipeline progress.
•Ability to act consultatively on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate expectations to improve outcomes.
•Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
