Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain understanding of operational processes and the business systems used to execute them.
  • •Train and support employees on operational processes, system functionality, and effective system use.
  • •Identify training and capability needs and develop structured training plans and delivery.
  • •Administer competency assessments and support new system implementations, including readiness, user adoption, and ongoing support.
  • •Provide day-to-day specialist support to users by investigating and resolving system and process issues, and support data quality and operational reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an operational systems or business process professional who can work independently and engage with stakeholders across all levels.
  • •Experience working with ERP and other enterprise business systems in a complex operational environment.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes and how business systems support them.
  • •Demonstrated experience identifying capability needs and developing and delivering structured operational and systems training.
  • •Experience developing training materials (e.g., user guides) and competency assessments.
