Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build AI-powered solutions across the accounting lifecycle, from transactional workflows to forecasting and decision support.
  • •Apply LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows to business use cases and select the right approach for each.
  • •Stand up development pilots with business users and partner with Data Services to deploy to production.
  • •Partner with Finance leadership to decompose workflows, identify where AI can assist, and translate between finance and technical stakeholders.
  • •Develop auditability, evaluation frameworks, human-in-the-loop review, exception handling, and confidence-based routing; monitor and iterate on deployed solution performance and accuracy drift.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • •8+ years of professional engineering experience, including 3+ years designing and delivering production LLM-based applications and agentic workflows with demonstrated technical leadership.
  • •Experience applying AI, machine learning, or advanced automation to finance or accounting processes.
  • •Strong understanding of finance/accounting concepts, including P&L structure, close and reporting processes, and how results map to transactional data.
  • •Full-stack development experience (e.g., React or Streamlit) plus strong Python and SQL skills building against modern cloud data platforms.
