Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and promote a strong safety culture and key critical success factors (Safety, Quality, Delivery/Lead-time, Cost/Inventory Management, and Cost of Quality).
  • •Develop and qualify new manufacturing procedures and processes and provide a manufacturing support interface with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to address manufacturability issues.
  • •Support Lean implementation as appropriate and understand principles to reduce cost of quality (COQ).
  • •Drive OEE improvements by analyzing data and implementing root-cause solutions to address nonconformance.
  • •Identify and facilitate process improvements, develop best practices/procedures, participate in capital plan development, and support production/quality coordination for customer expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a similar field.
  • •Strong, hands-on experience from an internship, cooperative education (CO-OP), or a project-based academic assignment lasting at least six months.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.
