Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients as needed
  • •Conduct surveillance on the sales floor and via CCTV to identify, observe, and apprehend or deter external theft
  • •Adhere to laws and Sephora policies for apprehensions, search and seizure, and evidence preservation, and prepare incident and recovery reports
  • •Develop relationships with internal partners, local law enforcement, mall security, and other retailers; testify in court when required
  • •Complete store self-audits, safety inspections, and assist with inventory preparation while supporting shrinkage-prevention plans

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of asset protection/loss prevention experience in a retail environment
  • •Satisfy and maintain all licensing requirements required by province or local jurisdiction
  • •Strong written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
  • •Ability to maintain composure and provide effective coaching on loss-prevention techniques
  • •Availability to work flexible hours and days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
