Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive results by helping achieve store goals through providing and rebooking beauty services and selling products.
  • •Perform beauty services including makeup, waxing, and other services listed in Sephora’s Beauty Services menu.
  • •Stay informed on beauty trends and product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
  • •Maintain licensure and uphold hygiene standards while following health and safety protocols.
  • •Foster inclusiveness and teamwork and uphold Sephora standards for a safe, secure shopping experience.

Key Requirements

  • •Active license to provide waxing, makeup, and false application services in the state where services are performed.
