Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, build, and maintain bespoke internal Enterprise Productivity applications powered by Agentic AI (e.g., recruiting tools, contextual assistants, semantic search).
  • •Take full lifecycle operational ownership, leveraging the Databricks Apps platform for deployment, hosting, and scaling with reliability and performance.
  • •Define what needs to be built by gathering requirements, rapidly prototyping, collecting feedback, and prioritizing the roadmap.
  • •Continuously evaluate the AI ecosystem and drive build-vs-buy decisions for internal tooling to maximize speed and efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of full-stack software engineering across frontend and backend.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and/or modern JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js).
  • •Hands-on experience building agentic applications, including LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain).
  • •Practical experience with SQL and vector databases, plus DevOps practices (CI/CD) for end-to-end deployment ownership.
