Key Responsibilities

  • •Shadow the TechEx team to learn troubleshooting and technical issue resolution best practices, including customer-service problem-solving.
  • •Assist with AV equipment setup and testing for meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring devices are configured and ready before presentations.
  • •Conduct routine inspections of Sydney meeting rooms, document issues, and coordinate repairs or replacements.
  • •Collaborate to design, develop, and refine automated workflows using Power Automate, and create/update guides for team adoption.
  • •Support IT asset management by managing asset lifecycles, running inventory audits in ServiceNow, helping wipe returned devices, and tracking related tickets.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of IT concepts with a strong desire to learn about technical support and IT operations.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to document technical processes clearly.
  • •Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to shared goals.
  • •Strong attention to detail, especially when handling documentation and tracking assets.
  • •Ideally currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
