Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training; maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other assets.
  • •Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise.
  • •Guide Operations Associates through their shift, ensuring safety and productivity and serving as the escalation point for daily operations.
  • •Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen, lead by example, and maintain a positive, safe atmosphere for team members and customers.
  • •Contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience and help improve overall operations.
