•Model and coach for the ultimate customer experience through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
•Suggest looks that incorporate current trends and promotions based on consumers’ needs.
•Promote the Levi’s omni experience and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
•Resolve consumer concerns in line with company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
•Handle cash and merchandising operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment while maintaining standards and complying with store procedures.
