Key Responsibilities

•Define and document project scope, requirements, and integration points with customer and Adobe teams.
•Provide excellent executive presence and influence with client managers, directors, VPs, and CXOs.
•Oversee the delivery process, manage scope and change requests, and serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
•Communicate customer requirements in the context of the statement of work and articulate Adobe’s capabilities to build long-term value.
•Build relationships across Adobe and with product teams to address complex customer problems and ensure successful outcomes.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of client-facing Project Management experience leading teams through complex technical implementations and managing a services budget upwards of $500k.
•Direct experience with Adobe’s marketing stack (Experience Manager, Experience Cloud, Marketo, Analytics, Target, Commerce, Workfront, Customer Data Platform, Journey Optimizer) or equivalent marketing technology.
•Ability to translate technical changes into high-level business solutions and articulate them to non-technical stakeholders.
•Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, resolve quickly, and know when to bring in internal resources.
•BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
