Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute day-to-day payroll activities and end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countries.
  • •Analyze and validate payroll reports; complete post-payroll audits, prepare metrics, and track errors.
  • •Review payroll processes to identify improvements, standardization opportunities, and risk mitigation areas; operationalize process efficiencies.
  • •Document payroll processes and procedures, create process maps and training manuals, and actively participate in payroll projects.
  • •Maintain payroll systems/tools, interpret pay policies and government regulations, ensure compliance through testing for updates, and support internal/external audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in APAC payroll as a Payroll Analyst for a large multi-country employer.
  • •Deep working knowledge of APAC payroll statutory regulations and government requirements.
  • •Exposure to working with various payroll systems and tools.
  • •Ability to document processes, create process maps, and support knowledge transfer activities such as transition planning and documentation.
  • •Strong analytical, organization, and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
