Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage renewals for mid-size to large accounts across multiple technologies, independently with some support.
  • •Coordinate renewal execution across internal teams, follow processes and timelines, and escalate delays or blockers as needed.
  • •Conduct proactive risk assessments and partner with relevant teams to develop resolution strategies that support successful renewals and customer satisfaction.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive renewal strategies including commercial positioning, value articulation, and negotiation oversight for transactional and complex multi-product agreements.
  • •Manage forecasting for renewals and potential churn, advise leadership on pipeline health, and identify cross-sell/upsell growth opportunities using data and market insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s + 5 years of related experience, or Master’s + 3 years, or PhD + 0 years (or equivalent relevant experience).
  • •Demonstrates broad technical expertise across multiple technologies and understands core renewal processes and tools (quoting, ordering, contract basics).
  • •Uses customer data (e.g., install base, purchasing structure, adoption status) to coordinate renewal execution and ensure on-time renewals.
  • •Recognizes and flags competitive threats and coordinates with teams to differentiate Cisco’s value and mitigate adoption/technology risks.
  • •Uses working knowledge of automation, software, and AI tools to optimize renewal workflows, reporting, and forecasting.
