Job Summary

Support Project Managers and Project Directors across the full project lifecycle, from opportunity governance and pricing through budget creation, change management, and working capital management. Maintain accurate monthly project data in WSP’s Oracle-based system, help with Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates, progress reporting, and Earned Value insights, and track key performance metrics. Prepare management documentation, schedules, and project registers while championing health and safety and proactively flagging delivery risks.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Project Managers and Project Directors in meeting contracted project management obligations across the entire project lifecycle, including opportunity governance and pricing.
•Update project data monthly in WSP’s Oracle-based project management system.
•Support EAC updates, progress reporting, and Earned Value insights for PMs/PDs.
•Develop, monitor, and report key performance metrics, and prepare monthly reports, meeting minutes, and management documentation.
•Create and maintain project management documentation (e.g., project management plans, cost estimates and forecasts, risk registers, schedules, stakeholder registers) and support information management using SharePoint/ProjectWise.

Key Requirements

•Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., environment, project management, engineering, science, building, or quantity surveying) or a combination of relevant project management experience and qualifications.
•Demonstrable project coordination/management skills, including cost controls, budget updates, and forecasting impacts, with an interest in land quality.
•2–4 years of relevant post-graduate experience (expected fit).
•Strong spoken and written English supported by an internationally recognised English language qualification.
•Proficient with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Power BI and advanced Excel are an advantage) and good knowledge of project management standards and best practices.
