Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary IT Digital Partner to Logistics, Procurement, Commercialization, and Order-to-Cash leadership teams, shaping demand through technology-enabled capabilities.
•Define and own multi-year digital strategies and roadmaps across Procurement, Order Management, Contract Manufacturing, and Commercialization, aligning to enterprise IT strategy and architecture.
•Own the IT portfolio for assigned domains, including prioritization, investment planning, value realization, and executive-level reporting on progress and risks.
•Lead complex, cross-functional enterprise transformation programs (e.g., ERP implementations, acquisition/divestiture integrations, data & analytics platform requirements) with minimal oversight.
•Lead and develop teams while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of critical supply chain applications and driving modernization and process improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
•10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including supply chain technologies.
•Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Commercialize).
•Experience working in or supporting CPG, manufacturing, or complex supply chain environments preferred.
•Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-year IT strategies and lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and portfolios.
