Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate SMART program maintenance for P&WC Leasing assets and engine exchanges.
•Ensure engine availability by understanding inventory levels and forecasting core engine availability for assigned models.
•Plan engine inductions with service centers and track maintenance events through shops.
•Participate in weekly operations and financial reviews and manage process mapping for continuous improvement.
•Lead strategic projects with internal and external stakeholders and contribute to maintenance cost reduction initiatives.

•Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience, or a master's degree with 5 years' experience.
