Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end management of MEP activities from design review through project handover.
  • •Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies for MEP works.
  • •Review and validate MEP designs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs; coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues.
  • •Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • •Enforce quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, including inspections, audits, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •8–10 years of experience in MEP project management within construction/infrastructure and related project types.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale MEP installations and multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and building management systems.
  • •Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and statutory regulations.
