Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the site in achieving EHS targets by developing, maintaining, and driving goals aligned to corporate and business group EHS initiatives.
  • •Facilitate location risk assessments and engage shift teams through daily EHS communications and updates.
  • •Coordinate compliance evaluation with leadership and MESH element champions, and complete annual compliance reviews for EHS regulations.
  • •Manage EHS training (monthly training and training matrices), operational EHS controls, and timely resolution of EHS action items.
  • •Conduct industrial hygiene assessments, participate in incident investigations, and manage Benchmark corrective actions including audits and emergency response participation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety Sustainability, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering.

  • •Ability to lead and support cross-functional EHS teams and integrate EHS with other functions.
