Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve daily invoice exceptions activities for AP invoice exception processes while maintaining internal controls.
  • •Analyze and process vendor invoices, ensuring Chart of Authority approvals are maintained.
  • •Execute 2-way, 3-way, or non-PO standard invoice processing and validate vendor accounts balances via reconciliations.
  • •Perform spend/cash analysis as required and review invoices for taxable charges and proper use tax (if applicable).
  • •Respond to vendor inquiries, research invoice discrepancies, complete vendor address book updates, and support reporting and monthly AP close.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent, or three years of related AP experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination).
  • •Proficient mathematical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel (preferred).
  • •Experience resolving invoice exceptions and working in a fast-paced, confidential environment.
  • •Experience with SAP, Ariba, Esker, and Excel (or equivalent AP systems experience).
