Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and document reasoning for variance and control analysis periodic thresholds.
  • •Review thresholds regularly, adjusting as needed for changes in business environment or practices.
  • •Escalate and ensure resolution of material errors, inappropriate accounting practices, or exceptions impacting financial reporting integrity.
  • •Produce periodic analytics report and trend data, and provide monthly management pack/metrics for the business unit (Brokerage).
  • •Coordinate audits and handle invoice processing, including receiving, verifying, coding, entering, approvals, and reconciling vendor statements/discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •24 months as Analyst (P1 level) and 24 months as Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant.
  • •Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce or Accounting.
  • •2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, with Asset Servicing experience preferred.
  • •Strong planning and organizational skills, with good written and verbal communication.
  • •Strong technical skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), plus Power BI and SQL.
