Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and oversee complex programs and projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • •Drive adoption of agile development methodologies, ensuring teams follow agreed Scrum values, principles, and practices.
  • •Coach and mentor Scrum Masters and cross-functional teams; provide training to reinforce Scrum and Agile/SAFe/LEAN frameworks.
  • •Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) and coordinate stakeholder meetings; report to leadership.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks and issues, manage dependencies across teams, maintain backlog and key metrics, and provide periodic program status updates (Green/Yellow/Red).
