Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide nursing care in an effective and safe manner to assigned patients and families, using established nursing regimes and nursing care planning.
  • •Assess patient signs, symptoms, reactions, behaviors, and general appearance to determine normal vs. abnormal characteristics.
  • •Deliver direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications and therapeutic agents and performing procedures such as skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and peripheral venous access.
  • •Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes against goals, and making/recommending necessary adjustments.
  • •Document direct and indirect patient care in the electronic medical record and communicate with healthcare teams to coordinate care and safety interventions.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of total work experience and 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • •1 year in GCC (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • •Apply QCHP Nursing/Midwifery Competency Framework and Scope of Practice.
  • •ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills are a requirement.
