Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct competitive research on music genres, major streaming platforms, and user music consumption behaviors to propose new content projects.
  • •Oversee content planning and A&R by scouting songwriters/producers/artists and managing quality control of mixes, masters, and deliverables.
  • •Formulate release strategies and marketing plans, refine selling points and product positioning, and develop narrative promotion angles.
  • •Manage project timelines, deliverables, budget control, and cross-functional resources for in-house and co-produced projects.
  • •Handle copyright licensing/compliance clearance, manage partner execution and contract follow-ups, and track KPIs (streams, revenue, ROI) to optimize campaigns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above, with preferred majors in Music, Communication, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • •3-5 years of working experience in the music industry, with full-cycle song promotion experience from zero to one.
  • •Proficiency in the end-to-end music production workflow and marketing logic, with a record of successful hit releases.
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management and cross-department communication and coordination.
  • •Familiarity with promotion logic and algorithm mechanisms on mainstream music and short-video platforms (e.g., QQ Music, NetEase, Cloud Music, Douyin, Kuaishou, Bilibili).
