BSA QA Lead Analyst (Full Time) - Amarillo, Plano, or Sugar Land

Implement and maintain BSA/AML quality assurance processes by serving as a subject-matter expert and reviewing transaction monitoring alerts, case investigations, SARs, and high-risk customer (HRC) EDD reviews. Evaluate the QA team’s work for consistency, document and report findings to the BSA QA Manager, and identify performance issues. Ensure compliance with BSA/AML/OFAC policies, support workflow SLAs, escalate concerns, and contribute to reporting, training, and policy/procedure enhancements.
