Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive the sales process to hit individual and store targets and execute sales strategies set by managers.
  • •Maintain high service standards by staying current on product knowledge and providing an excellent guest experience.
  • •Perform store opening/closing procedures and ensure compliance with brand standards, company SOPs, and the Code of Business Conduct.
  • •Maintain inventory integrity through daily/weekly/monthly stock counts, resolving discrepancies within 48 hours, and minimizing stock shrinkage.
  • •Update the customer database daily, support customer registration targets, handle customer complaints with managers, and complete sales/service/inventory reporting and ad hoc tasks as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 1 year experience in fashion or luxury brands retail sales.
  • •Proven sales achievement in fashion or luxury brands market.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Fluency in English & Bahasa.
  • •Good PC skills such as MS Office and basic understanding of a retail POS system.
