Key Responsibilities

•Identify, analyze and resolve technical issues impacting productivity or quality of production.
•Perform TIG and ARC welding operations and machining on lathes and milling machines.
•Review and optimize monthly preventive maintenance plans and contribute to new preventive measures with technicians.
•Ensure preventive maintenance of equipment and verify compliance with working conditions and procedures.
•Maintain accurate logbooks or intervention history and ensure effective use of the CMMS (GMAO).

•Hold a Bac Pro/BTS Maintenance or an equivalent diploma with about 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing maintenance department.

•Experience performing TIG and ARC welding and machining on a lathe and milling machine.
•Ability to review and optimize monthly preventive maintenance plans and contribute to new preventive measures with dedicated technicians.
•Adherence to hygiene, safety, and environmental procedures, GMP and documentation practices (BPF/BPD).
