Senior Sales Executive - Mandarin Speaker

Senior Sales Executive leads a sales team in FX and cross-border financial services, coaching and mentoring to improve performance. You will pitch and close deals with prospective clients by phone and face-to-face, manage onboarding and first trades, provide accurate sales forecasts, implement regional sales programs with fellow Heads of Desk, and recruit/train new team members while maintaining adherence to the company’s sales methodology.
